Principles and Guidelines for Governance in Hospitals

This guide includes five principles that help hospitals in advancing their governance structures and their governing boards. The guide includes templates and samples to support implementation. The guide is backed by different training materials. 

The Guide was published by the Healthcare Governance and Transparency Association (HeGTA), which now falls under HGI.
