HGI Supports Leadership of a New Kenya Eye Institute

In August 2024, Co-Founder and Vice President of HGI Dr. Jim Rice traveled to Nairobi to deliver strategic governance programming at the Institute for Healthcare Management within the School of Business at Strathmore University. During his visit, he collaborated with Dr. Amal Ahmed Saeed Al Shabibi, a Somali Eye Surgeon from Garissa County Public Hospital and offered mentoring and support.
